Julie Neises: “Ira the Endangered Pika”

$1,414.91

Bronze sculpture, 4″ Tall x 4.75″ Long x 3″ Wide

Ira is an American Pika. These little creatures are the little cousins of rabbits from the order lagomorpha. They live in the high mountainous ecosystems in the western United States that are cool and moist. Unfortunately climate change could make them disappear completely since they cannot tolerate warm temperatures, and they cannot reach any higher altitudes.

This sculpture is one from a projected series of five, and only available for in-store pickup.
